15 runs and 13 hits for the Warhawks in it's game-one win at Platteville. The game matched the No. and No. 2 offensives in NCAA Division III play according to statistics released earlier this week.

The Hawks, up just 1-0 through three innings, exploded for 3 in the 3rd, 6 in the fourth, and 4 more in the sixth for a 13-0 lead.

Riley Tincher had a no hitter going into the sixth inning until UWP right fielder Levi Ney lined a solid single into center field with two out. Tincher, now 6 & 0 on the season went 5 2/3 innings, gave up 1 run, just 2 hits, struck out 4 and walked two. Eric Schmitz came on in relief for the Warhawks giving up 1 runs, 2 hits while walking 3.

At the plate a number of Hawks had solid days. Rob Coe led the way with 3 RBI while going 3 for 4 including a double. Ben Kuhlman finished 2 for 5 with a double and 2 RBI. Mike Kenseth continued his hot hitting with a 2 for 4 day and 2 RBI. Jordan Stine "set the table" all day long from his leadoff spot in the order.
