Aaron Leitner is on the mound in game-two of this afternoon's doubleheader vs. Marian University. The sophomore transfer from Lawrence University gunned down the Sabres in the top of the first inning.
The Hawks put one on the board in the bottom of the first. Matt Beyer led off with a single, followed by a bunt single by Danny Putman. Jeff Donovan walked to load the bases. The Hawks run was scored when Ben Kuhlman grounded into a double play.
